REFUND POLICY

We aim to make your shopping experience with Go Natural as smooth and straightforward as possible.
If you have a valid issue with an item and are not satisfied, we can replace it for you at no additional shipping costs. In such a case, you need to inform us about the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order by calling our Customer Representative Officer (+92 321 4114361). If your reason for the return is valid, you will be sent the replacement items within 3-4 working days. You just need to hand the purchased items you had an issue with to the rider.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact our Customer Representative Officer (+92 321 4114361) and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost and pick up the wrong items sent to you.

Return items need to be 100% intact and returned in their original packaging.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order placed for any carrier or essential oil, you must inform us at the earliest as we dispatch most of the orders within 24 hours.

Cancellation of your order depends on whether it has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it is important that you notify us immediately. To cancel an order kindly call us on +92 321 4114361 for a cancellation request. Please note that if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
